A Fresh Start
You may have stepped aside to care for the children, taken a long holiday from work or lost your job because of the global economic meltdown, starting afresh can be difficult, but with this sure and trusted tips, starting all over again may just be the best thing that has happened to you in a long while.
1. See opportunities; the global economic meltdown has made some people global economic millionaires, as they have used the opportunity to make profit and fulfill their purpose. i.e. an example of a woman that went into real estate business when she went with her son to check out some of the auctioned houses on sale, she met a distressed house owner and from there, she made up her mind to help her get back her house and it became a passion and a way of life.
2. Think through the things you would like to do and ask yourself: what would you really want to do, if money was not an issue? What gives you the utmost joy and pleasure, what do you do that makes you lose track of time and you come out feeling happy…when you answer those questions, you have the answers to what you should do at this season.
3. Learn more about what you want to do, especially if it’s for profit , talk to those already in your line of business or hobby, ask all the questions that will give you answers to make a decision to go the path of that business or hobby
4. Plan – Its only wise to plan, as only a foolish man would want to build a house and not draw a plan, have a plan of what you intend to do and make your plan a reality
5. Look out for those that you can partner with on the financial side if you cannot afford to bear the cost of setting up a business alone.
6.Keep your dream alive as at this stage you may get discouraged, but with patience and perseverance, you will turn your dream of starting over again in to reality.
7. Pray! Finally pray about everything and ask the God that rules in the affairs of men to help bring your dream to pass. Note, this can be your starting point as whatever is committed to God can never fail.
